DD PROPERTIES is proceeding with the development for the complete modernization of the building of 5.000sq.m. on Ippokratous and Navrinou streets, that has full ownership, and for this reason it has assigned the architectural design to the renowned office ISV.

The building will remain in general use of offices and retail shops, will be LEED certified and works will begin at the end of 2025.
